Project Description
Analysis of the molecular mechanism of function of aminopeptidases that generate antigenic peptides and of small-molecule modulators for these enzymes
Essential Background: working knowledge on basic protein biochemistry, cell culture and molecular biology techniques - Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, Biological Sciences or equivalent Desirable Background: Experience in large scale recombinant protein expression and purification, biophysics and structural biology (x-ray crystallography)
